๐ Eligibility Requirements ๐
โ ย Common Requirements:
- MBBS/equivalent recognized by PMC/PMDC
- FCPS / Ph.D. / MD / M.Phil / American Board (as per specialization)
- Valid PMC/PMDC Registration
- 5 years teaching experience asย Assistant Professor
- 3 research papers inย Indexed Journalsย (PubMed/PMC/Embase etc.)
- ๐ Hard copy proof required
๐งช Research Paper Guidelines ๐
โ Not Accepted: Review articles, case reports, editorials, translations

Accepted:
- Original articles inย indexed medical journals
- Online journals must be listed in: PubMed, PMDC, Index Medicus, Embase
๐งพ Experience Conditions ๐ฅ
โ๏ธ Accepted:
- Govt. Sector Contract/Adhoc if issued fromย Appointing Authority
- OPS/TTS/Board clusters (until 17-06-2021) recognized by PMDC
- Foreign/Private institution ONLY if certified by PMDC
๐น๐บ Age Limits & Relaxation
- Male:ย 30โ50 yearsย + 5 years relaxation =ย 55 years
- Female:ย 30โ50 yearsย + 8 years relaxation =ย 58 years
- ๐ณ๏ธโโง๏ธย Transgender: Age based on CNIC
